- HOW DO I CARE THE PRODUCTS

- WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?
Pre-order products are limited in stock so we offer this option to provide the opportunity for more people to order. Pre-orders can be limited in quantity because the supplier can only produce so many in the allotted time. We like to do quicker preorders that get you the item sooner than later -- we know how it is to have to wait. Sometimes unexpected delays come up and that is the nature of any manufacturing but we choose suppliers based on their quality, trust and reliability so if there is a delay -- we know it's for a valid reason. In most cases, Pre-orders arrive on time or even earlier!
- PRICING
All pricing is in United States Dollars (USD) and applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.
- PAYMENT METHODS
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For credit cards, your billing address must match the address on file with your bank.
- WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders usually ship out within 1-3 business days. During the busy holiday season it may take longer to process your order. Next Day Air orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following business day. Flat rate shipping takes 5-10 days via ground. You'll get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed.
- HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you have an account, you can log in and check the status of your order anytime. Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email with a link to the tracking.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our warehouse often processes orders within a couple of hours. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
- CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Exchanges are not available for online purchases, except for personalized items. If you need a different size or color for a non-personalized item, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like. Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- WHY IS MY CARD DECLINING?
If your card is declining your billing address may not match, or you may have insufficient funds. Sometimes when your card declines, there will be a pending charge on your account but you will not be charged.
- WHEN DO I GET CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
When you place your order, we authorize the amount on your card. You will not get charged until the order ships. If you paid with PayPal however, you will be charged immediately.
- WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know what the problem is. If there is a damaged item, please email us a picture of the damage.
- DO YOU ACCEPT GIFT CARDS ONLINE?
We do! You type your gift card number in at checkout to use it. If the gift card does not cover the amount of the order you will need to pay the balance via credit card or PayPal.
- HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Every personalized item is meticulously crafted to your specifications, so returns or exchanges are not possible. However, non-personalized items are eligible for return. If you have any quality issues or concerns with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction! Please follow the instructions provided on the invoice included with your order. You are responsible for the return shipping. Make sure your items are eligible for return by referring to our full return policy posted online.
- OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If you ordered an item that went out of stock, you will be refunded once the rest of your order has shipped. While we do our best, this does occasionally happen.
- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
We ship only to the US and Canada
- DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE OR OFFER DISCOUNTS ON BULK PURCHASES?
We do sell some of our items in bulk and wholesale quantities and are adding more wholesale purchasing options often. A special wholesale account is not needed to purchase these bulk quantities. For all enquiries or questions regarding wholesale orders, please fill out the form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- HOW DO I REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT?
You can create an account at any time by clicking on the join link at the top of our website. When you place items in your cart and proceed to check out you will be prompted to log in. An account allows you to come back to this shop and view all the orders you have made.
- DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you may check out as a guest. Please make sure your email address is correct in case we need to contact you about your order.
- CAN I CALL AND PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Sorry at this time we do not accept phone orders.
